The State of the World’s (and Malaysia’s) Human Rights

Amnesty International released their annual human rights report yesterday and as expected, things appear to have gone from bad to worse on the global scale, no thanks to the COVID-19 pandemic, selfish and racists responses to the pandemic, as well as escalating conflicts, political turmoil and humanitarian crisis, in many parts of the world. When we zoom in on Malaysia, things aren’t looking too great either. Katrina Jorene Maliamauv of Amnesty International Malaysia joins us to discuss.
