Shutting Down 24-Hour Mamak Stalls

The 24-hour mamak stall is a Malaysian institution. Bukit Gasing state assemblyman Rajiv Rishyakaran helps us understand the rationale behind such a ban, whether or not it can be implemented, as well as the legalities of food trucks operating in residential and commercial neighbourhoods.
