The Future Problem Solving Programme, or FPSP, was developed by Dr Ellis Paul Torrance in 1974 to stimulate critical and creative thinking skills, encourage students to develop a vision for the future, and prepare them for leadership roles. Today, the programme is available in Malaysia and 12 other countries.
