Helping single mothers and homemakers to “lean in”

Homemakers and single mothers might have difficulties re-entering the workforce or holding a job with normal office hours. A new initiative appointed by the Ministry of Human Resources seek to address this issue. Louis Adaikalam of Alpha International joins us to explain the HEARTS programme.
