During the recently ended 29th SEA Games, we were amazed once again by the extraordinary feats that humans could perform. The achievements were diverse: From blazing the course of a 100 meter to lifting four times their weight to somersaulting off a vault. Those achievements require not just lots of hard work, but also our musculoskeletal system to adapt to the many different training and needs of different sports.
