We’ve been hearing about the widespread mental health crisis that has been exacerbated by the pandemic, whether among the young or old, rich or poor. However, not everyone with a mental health issue may need, or be able, to see a clinical psychologist or psychiatrist in a healthcare facility. We explore this with Dr Mahadir Ahmad, Senior Lecturer & Clinical Psychologist from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, and Delima Khalid, Program Lead (Community Development), from Thrive Well.
