The New York Times ran a survey recently, asking hundreds of nutrition experts and average Americans which foods they considered healthy. When comparing the responses from experts and public, there were some polarising results that show some divergence in opinion on healthy foods. So are juices and sushi really good for you? Mary Easaw John, Chief Dietitian from Institut Jantung Negara tells us more.
