On the eve of World No Tobacco Day, we speak to Dr Helmy Haja Mydin, Consultant Respiratory Physician & Special Adviser to the Minister of Health, to find out how this proposed bill will tackle the Generational Endgame proposal, as well as the potential spike in vaping among children and teenagers, following the delisting of liquid nicotine from the Poisons Act 1952 on 31st March.
