The age at which most women have children is skewing older and older, for many reasons, including that women can prioritise their careers and that when in doubt, science can lend a helping hand. However, 35 remains the age at which  fertility begins to steeply drop off. 

So what is the landscape of fertility after 35 and what can women expect? Dr. Helena Lim, Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist, provides a perspective.
