Most of us are guilty of it - using laptops, smartphones, or tablets before we sleep. For some of us, it’s even become a daily routine, or even a ritual. Recently, there’s been a rise of articles that suggest phone lights may have effects on our brains that can cause mood disorders, sleep cycle disruptions, and even cancer. But is this all true?
