Doctor in the House: The Price of Mental Health

This year’s World Mental Health Day is taking place while we’re still battling COVID-19, as well as its impact on society, especially on our mental health. Right now, it’s more important than ever for us to invest in mental health to cope with a possible mental health crisis when the pandemic has caused and exacerbated many mental health issues among the population. Joining consultant urologist Dr George Lee are consultant psychiatrist Assoc Prof Dr Amer Siddiq bin Amer Nordin from University Malaya Medical Centre, and Ellisha Othman, managing director of SOLS Health to discuss how we can improve investment in mental health and the role of the different stakeholders involved.
