Following the first part, where we discussed the whys and hows of claiming for compensation from PERKESO and insurance providers, Dr Vickneswaran Mathaneswaran, Professor of Neurosurgery, University of Malaya; Prof Nathan Vytialingam, Consultant Occupational Therapist and; JS Naicker, Managing Partner of Naicker & Associates, joins us again to explore the limitations and challenges in the process of filing for claims, and how this system needs to be improved.
