But what does it really mean to be “fit” or “in shape”? And at a time when we’re finally going back to the office, does that mean we have less time to exercise or play sports? Consultant orthopaedic surgeon Dr Harjeet Singh and personal trainer Noel Chelliah weigh in on how to set realistic fitness goals without pushing our bodies to the point of injury.
