Despite advancements in awareness and treatment, recent data shows a worrying increase in reported cases of workplace discrimination over the past five years. This increase highlights a critical gap in our approach to creating a truly inclusive and supportive work environment.

Workplace discrimination can take many forms, from outright prejudice and exclusion to more subtle biases that affect career progression and workplace interactions. Such discrimination not only harms us individuals at work but also undermines the overall health of the organisation by creating a stigma and reducing morale.
