Is SEDA Still The Linchpin In Sustainable Energy?

The Sustainable Energy Development Authority, better known as SEDA, was set up in 2011 to drive the renewable energy agenda of the country. More than a decade later, Malaysia’s RE ambitions have been redefined under the National Energy Transition Roadmap that was launched in August last year. With the energy transition now a national priority spearheaded by multiple ministries, what role does SEDA play in the broad scheme of things? We pose this question to Dato’ Hamzah Hussin, CEO of SEDA.
