PTPTN, A RM66.9bn Problem

The government is considering introducing a mandatory monthly deduction for repaying PTPTN study loans through an automatic deduction facilitated by IRB. Dr Geoffrey Williams, Economist and Professor at Malaysia University of Science and Technology (MUST) suggests some radical solution for this conundrum and why free education is part of that plan.
