Ng Chze How, Manulife Investment Management: Inflation is indeed painful. It's important that investors portfolio have adequate asset diversification and certain income funds. These funds have a fixed interval of income distribution policy. Income funds such as multi assets, fixed income or REITs fund can be good investment to consider as they seek to provide regular source of income to investors.

Arvindh Yuvaraj: Can you tell us why investors should consider these solutions now?

Our portfolio of REITs allows our investors to expose to buildings, industrial parks, data center, telecommunication towers, condominiums, shopping malls, warehouse, hotels, and even medical centers and retirement homes.

Ng Chze How, Manulife Investment Management: So now you own the property, capital gain is yours, rental income is payout as income to you. Properties are defensive in nature. The dividend component of REIT offers attractive and sustainable source of income for investors.
