Yesterday, Operator PLUS Malaysia Berhad confirmed that several motorists have been fined for LTJ, which stands for “long journey time” after spending too long completing trips on the highways under maintenance.

So, this evening we’re asking, “Is it fair for highway operators to charge for “long journey time?”
