Today's top 5 stories are:

1. The former Federated Malay States Survey Department building, which is a heritage site in Kuala Lumpur is collapsing, yet there are no funds to refurbish it.

2. According to a report done by real estate technology group Juwai IQI, millennials are the biggest renter group in 2023, followed by Gen Zs. However, baby boomers are the ones who paid the highest average rent.

3. Five men who were campaigning for the boycott of McDonalds have been arrested for threatening and provoking customers in Sungai Isap, Kuantan.

4. Bersatu wants Perikatan Nasional to field a Malay candidate in the Kuala Kubu Bharu by-election, saying that it would be welcomed by supporters of the party in Hulu Selangor.

5. Our top story: The annual Forbes Top 50 richest Malaysians is out. We look into the implications of these people's wealth and their influence on different sectors in Malaysia.
