Lion dances are a traditional part of Chinese New Year celebrations, and one that people look forward to every year, with the drum beats and thrilling stunts. As we say goodbye to the Year of the Ox and hello to the Year of the Tiger, we check in with the first National Southern Lion Dance Championship, and discuss the role they play in keeping this tradition alive.
