Flexibility For Employee Needs

In Microsoft’s Asia Workplace 2020 Study, it was discovered that 70% of Malaysian respondents consider themselves to be mobile workers and spend at least 20% of their time working outside of their offices, but only 41% feel empowered by their organization’s culture and managers to be able to work together productively and collaboratively. So how can companies acquiesce to their employees’ demand for flexibility? Vijaykumar Tangarasan, country manager of Regus Malaysia, discusses not only the findings of Microsoft’s study but also some potential solutions.
