A Future Workforce in the “Never Normal”

The Covid-19 pandemic has impacted companies with many scrambling to deal with the sudden disruption, losses, and other changes to their businesses. But what about the heart of every company - their people, the workforce? How should companies manage the workforce shifts (i.e. changing headcount needs, or new skills to address new ways of doing business) brought about by disruption not just to their business but to the whole world?

According to Accenture, it all comes down to building a shared workforce resilience that focuses on people and skills, while positioning the business for the future.
