Nike Gives Employees A Raise To Make Them Feel Empowered

Nike is giving some 7,000 of its employees a pay bump after it concluded an internal review. It will also change how it awards bonuses to employees, with the changes attributed to “supporting a culture in which employees feel included and empowered.”
