The Ministry of Health has continuously reminded Malaysians to stay active during the period of the Movement Control Order, but with gyms closed and parks off-limits, what can we do to stay active? We speak to Erik Tan, strength and conditioning coach from the National Sports Institute, to find out how we can motivate ourselves to exercise at home.
