Brain Waves #35: Bioethics of Human-Animal Chimaeras

Recently, it was reported that a group of scientists have created what they call the “most human” chimaera yet - a mouse embryo that’s exactly 4% human. As always, neurogeneticist Dr Azlina Ahmad Annuar is here to help us unpack this news, and we’re also joined by Dr Nishakanthi Gopalan, bioethicist from Universiti Malaya, to further explore the ethical issues behind these experiments.
